Shipping Information and T&C's

Bohemian Lifestyle Store is an Australian owned and run business, based in Newcastle NSW.

Our stock are located in Sydney, Newcastle NSW and Shanghai CN. Depending on the configuration of the fluffy bedding we will ship from our warehouse in Shanghai via TNT courier which is as fast as Australia Post domestically. 

Made to order items will be shipped from the factory in Shanghai. Occasionally, this also may apply to other products, depending on stock levels.


We are happy to cancel your order provided we haven’t processed your package yet, which normally happens within 24 hours .

if your request cancelation you agree with our cancellation Fee: 10% of the total amount paid.



There is a major failure with a product when: you would not have purchased it had you known about the problem/it is significantly different from the description/sample or demonstration you were shown/it is substantially unfit for its normal purpose/it is unsafe for example damage such as obvious holes, missing buttons etc.

For purchases with major failures you may reject the goods and get a refund or an identical replacement.

Minor failures include small problems with products that do not fit into the major failure categories, for example, loose threads on clothing, uneven stitch or zippers.These are not included as a fault or failure.

Faulty, damaged or any other claims must be lodged within 5 days of arrival of order. Please closely inspect your item upon receiving it and before washing, as we will not accept returns or refunds for washed items.


damages occurred after continued use (after one month of delivery date) will be up to Bohemian Lifestyle Store discretion. We do not offer warranty due to wear and tear after past 1 month of delivery date, aside from consumer ACCC laws


In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to offer you a refund for sizing, fit, change of mind, or returns. For example, the consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. 

If you have a minor problem with a product, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement. When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement, store credit, or refund.  If we have misrepresented the product or provided an incorrect description, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement product, a store credit, or refund.

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item.
If items are returned due to incorrect address provided upon purchase or not being claimed; any return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient.
If the item is not claimed within 30 business days, this will void your sale & no refund will be given.
If an item is returned with an insufficient address, another shipping fee will be incurred otherwise your item & sale will be forfeited. We do not offer a refund for this.
If you receive the wrong item (We're only human), we will send you out the correct item!

In case of change of mind, we offer your money back. Except for made to order and customised products.

All you need to do is return the package to us, we will apply the cancelation fee and freight cost ($25 AUD) and refund you the balance through your payment provider. A refund notice will be issued and sent via email.

- Cancellation Fee: 10% of the total amount paid

Example: Total amount paid $300 less 10% = $270 less freight $25 = $245 Your refund.

If you choose to have STORE CREDIT, we will only deduct $25 of freight cost (We won't charge re-stocking fee). The remainder amount will be given as store credit which will be valid for 6 months from the code issue date.


- Please note before you return your item, you must send an email to get your return approval.


- Your bedding must not have been washed or used and must be returned in the original packaging. This allows us to resell your unwanted bedding.


- Package must be with us within 10  days of the delivery to you, so to allow postage time back to us you need to send it back within 3 days of receival. Once we receive it we will inspect and if there's any sign of wear or damage not reported refund will be waived.


- In the event of any damage noticed upon arrival, please notify use promptly to organise either a refund or replacement. 


All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process, we incur irreversible fees.
Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. 

Should you wish to cancel your order, this must be done within 12 hours of placing the order to receive a refund.
Canceled orders will incur a 10% cancellation fee  before credit is issued.
Unfortunately, after this, we cannot cancel the order. 

Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.




Discount codes MUST be used at the point of purchase by the customer during checkout. We WILL NOT apply discount codes after purchases - ZERO EXCEPTIONS.



Customers can be charged for buying & importing product into their country. Bohemian Lifestyle Store does not take responsibility of any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, the recipient must cover these changes. Please note Bohemian Lifestyle Store does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees. If you have any queries regarding tax you may have been charged, please contact the logistic company & your local customs office.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as these fees vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering ANYTHING online, so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.


I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's the rest of my order?
We have a large assortment of products which may not come from the same warehouse; when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately to provide you with the fastest service possible. You may receive one item before the next. Please don't worry if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on their way :)
