Our beautiful handbags are hand woven in Bali, by local people who learnt this skills by their parents and grand-parents.
The material is called Ata, and is a plant found in tropical zones and is strong and durable.
The pieces are all “smoked” over coconut husks as part of the drying process, which adds beautiful patina and leaves the bag with a slight natural scent that disappears over time.
